2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna City Chowk P.S. Case No. 351 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 302/120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was twice rejected on 18.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 12421 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 88771 of 2024.

4. The deceased was killed by unknown criminals. The petitioner and co-accused persons have been identified in the CCTV footage having fired at the deceased. This all happened because of earlier dispute between the deceased and the petitioner and accused persons. The deceased has sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57117 of 2025(4) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 eight gun-shot injuries. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2023.
