JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 4579 of 2017. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the bail petition, the name of the court has wrongly been mentioned as "A.D.J. IX" whereas it should have been "A.C.J.M cum Sub Judge IX" and due to which, in the order dated 16.2.2017, the name of the court has been typed as "A.D.J.-IX".

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition during course of the day.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent that in the 5th line of 4th paragraph of the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11077 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 16.2.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 4579 of 2017, the words "A.D.J.-IX" be read as "A.C.J.M cum Sub Judge IX". Let this order be communicated to the learned A.C.J.M cum Sub Judge IX, Patna, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016.
