This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Police Station Case No. 357 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 498(A) and 379of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the parties have settled their dispute before the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna vide Mediation Proceeding No. 35 of 2017, which is evident from mediator's report available on record. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51277 of 2016 (4) dt.12-05-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 357C of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
