Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 400 of 2016 registered under Section 38(2) of the Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged wine has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
