The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 447, 324, 307, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons were ploughing the land of the informant. On protest

No.49691 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/3 being made petitioner no. 2 Kallar Mandal assaulted with spade to the informant's father causing injury on the head when the informant and his brother came to rescue then they were also assaulted. Petitioner no. 2 also assaulted the sister of the informant, Kanchan Devi assaulted sister and sister-in-law of the informant, Surpati Mandal snatched gold chain from the sister of the informant and Rajesh Kumar snatched silver chain from the sister-in-law of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled and petitioner no. 1 is simply a member of the mob and superficial injury has been found caused to the father of the informant.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with
