The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant Ram Prit Singh has alleged that his brother Pavitra Singh has filed Partition Suit No. 528 of 2010 for partition of ancestral property. The petitioner got the said Partition Suit compromised through Lok Adalat by forging signature of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that compromise petition was filed with the signature of the respective parties to the Partition Suit and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 informant has any grievance he has remedy before the Court concerned.

Considering the nature of dispute and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
