Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 29.03.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10787 of 2017 as the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua has wrongly been typed as Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in the prayer portion of the petition and consequently in the order also it has been incorrectly incorporated.

Let Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Rohtas at Sasaram be read as learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua and to that extent the said order is modified. Modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Rajesh/- U T
