JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 19-09-2023 Heard Mr. Amresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplied Corporation and Mr. Ravi Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the Employ Provident Fund.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that part payment of P.P.F. has been recovered, however, remaining amount to which the petitioner is entitled for has not been paid along with the statutory interest.

3. Mr. Ravi Bhardwaj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Employee's Provident Fund informs that he has been instructed that the writ petition can be disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11892 of 2023 dt.19-09-2023 2/2 considering the fact that the Regional Commissioner, Employee Provident Fund, Patna has taken up the issue of payment of the remaining dues at his own level, which will be paid to the petitioner expeditiously.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner to ensure that the petitioner is paid the due amount along with the statutory interest expeditiously not beyond a period of two weeks.
