1. The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail by way of fifth attempt at the behest of the petitioner herein in connection with S.T. Case No.331 of 2019, arising out of Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No.71 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307, 504, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, inasmuch as all the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner for grant of bail have stood dismissal either by a coordinate Bench of this Court or this Court.

2. In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court, a report dated 08.09.2025 has been submitted by the District and Additional Session Judge-IInd, Begusarai, wherein it has been stated that out of 12 witnesses, one has died and now four

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a time be fixed for conclusion of the trial and in case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach this Court for grant of bail. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that the Ld. Court of District and Additional Session Judge-II, Begusarai, in connection with S.T. Case No.331 of 2019, arising out of Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No.71 of 2015, shall make all endeavours to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
