ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with C.R. case No.1268 of 2013 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1500/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
