The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 242/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Yogendra Sharma alleged that he did not have any share in the property of his maternal grand-father, but one Yogendra Bhagat son of Sunarman Bhagat impersonated and executed the sale deed in favour of Prakash Kumar.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not the son of Sunarman Bhagat. Petitioner never executed any sale deed in favour of Prakash Kumar. The signature of petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 242/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
