Petitioner is in custody in connection with B.P. No. 606 of 2019 arising out of Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence under section 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.3.2019.
Having regard to the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52140 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Patna, in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) cash in the court below which shall be abide by final outcome of the pending criminal case i.e. in the event of acquittal the amount shall be refunded to the petitioner otherwise the amount shall be forfeited.
