This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the CrPC') has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 03.07.2016 bearing Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.141 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, and 384 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(e) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
