The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner submits that even the allegations are to be believed, there is no specific role assigned to the petitioner namely, Indrajeet Kumar. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and there has been a land dispute pending since long and both the parties are own brothers.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and there has been history of litigation between the parties
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51451 of 2015 (3) dt.30-11-2015 and also the fact that the petitioner is an employee of Punjab National Bank at Uttar Pradesh, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
