The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Parsa P.S.Case No. 142 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence in which the informant has alleged that the petitioner and others attacked and assaulted upon him and also hurled bomb causing grievous injuries as a result of which he died in course of treatment, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
