JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 10-08-2016 Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents-State of Bihar, has submitted, on the basis of instructions received from Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Medical Officer, Samastipur, that all the grievances of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.13175 of 2015 dt.10-08-2016 2/2 shall be redressed within a period of two months from today, including grant of grade pay of Rs. 5,400/-, except petitioner's claim as mentioned in paragraph 1 (VI) of the writ application. The said relief relates to payment to the petitioner, the amount of one day salary.

2. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that he does not intend to press that relief.

3. Considering the submission as above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Civil SurgeonCum-Chief Medical Officer, Samastipur, to ensure that the grievances of the petitioner are fully redressed within the time aforesaid.
