JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2016 On a prayer made on behalf of petitioners' counsel, the writ application is disposed of at this stage with an observation that the Accountant General, Bihar will issue revised pay slip keeping in mind the status communicated to them so far as petitioner no.1, Basant Kumar, is concerned. This order is being passed keeping in mind the stand of the State taken in the counter affidavit in paragraph 5.

So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, certain query has been sought from petitioner no.2. No sooner the petitioner no.2 responds to the said query, the State authorities will forward their

Once this exercise is done with regard to petitioner no.2, suitable decision will also be taken by the Accountant General. Insofar as petitioner no.1 is concerned, the matter should be now expedited, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
