This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 47 and 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Eleven liters of foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of two persons on scooty. The petitioner is one of them. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016 and ahs stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
