ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner who is the Complainant seeks quashing of the order dated 16.5.2012 passed by the Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachhia, in Criminal Appeal No. 351 of 2011 by which he has affirmed the order dated 1.12.2011 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Naugachia, by which he has dismissed the Complaint Case No. 429 of 2010.

Having gone through the impugned orders, I find that it is for a good reason that the Complaint Case has been dismissed. Hence, finding no merits in the application, the same is dismissed.
