The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 289 of 2013 under Section 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was granted provisional bail, but the case could not be compromised. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled by order dated 04.08.2015. The petitioner is in jail since 19.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner being the husband is in jail for last eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
