The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 283, 290, 291 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

About 200-250 people had blocked the road traffic due to non-supply of ration card by the authorities. The petitioner and others were identified among the mob.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the statement of the petitioner on oath that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52539 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur/Successor Court in connection with Motipur Police Station Case No. 56 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
