2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2024 dated 26.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the deceased herself committed suicide, further the marriage between the deceased and the petitioner took place eight years ago and, as per the police, the cause of death was suspected to be due to consumption of a sulfas-like substance by the

It is further submitted that the petitioner himself informed the parents of the deceased and the police after the unnatural death of his wife. It is lastly submitted that the father of the petitioner, namely Brij Kishore Singh, and the mother of the petitioner, namely Shusila Devi, have been granted regular and anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 23.04.2025 and 02.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21918 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 30383 of 2025, respectively.

4. Though the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but he fairly accepts that the deceased herself committed suicide

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2024.
