The petitioners seek bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 143, 341, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are named in the written report but there is no allegation of any specific overt act against them.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that accident took place in collision with Maruti Suzuki and Motorcycle near Madhuban Hotel at N.H. 57, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50201 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 account of which, one person died. The informant reached the place of occurrence and found petitioner along with other accused persons had blocked NH-57 for about four hours. They obstructed the Police Officers in discharging official duty. Petitioners are in custody since 24.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani), in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
