1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The is second anticipatory bail petition . Earlier, the petition , filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioners, stood rejected vide order dated 18.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71363 of 2019.

3. This application does not reveal any change of circumstances or new ground.

4. In view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54726 of 2023(2) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 Supreme court in this case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioners is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
