JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. On information the police reached to the house of the petitioner from where foreign liquor and country made liquor were recovered and one Shekhar Suman was apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner as a person at whose instance the liquor was being prepared. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a railway employee and the house in question is joint family house. Moreover the petitioner was not found present at the place of occurrence. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014, pending in the Court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53237 of 2015 (2) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
