Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2016 in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement but nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor any cogent evidence either direct or indirect against the petitioner is available on the record. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last six months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
