The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Taraiya P.S.Case No. 128 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation made against the accused persons including the petitioner in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
