This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25 (1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, thereafter, the petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on test identification parade. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
