The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are on police bail before submission of the charge-sheet. After submission of the charge-sheet they apprehend arrest. Since the petitioners are on police bail there is no question of their arrest in this case in the event of surrender. The court below shall dispose of the prayer in the light of the order of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh
