The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 376 of 2015 registered under Sections 143, 341, 323, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has falsely been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8437 of 2017 (4) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Fulwari Sharif P.S.
