The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Harnaut (Kalyan Bigha) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the Police having apprehended the petitioner and one country made pistol along with live cartridge is said to have been recovered from him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is languishing in custody since 24.05.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.52771 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for grant of regular bail to the petitioner herein immediately upon completion of six months from the date of arrest i.e. from 24.05.2019, subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned trial court i.e. the learned court of C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Harnaut (Kalyan Bigha) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019.

With the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed off.
