The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.89 of 2013 instituted under Sections 498(A)/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

This matter is of 2013 when the petitioner's wife lodged FIR alleging physical and mental harassment. Considering the fact that the matter is of 2013, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter and the relief sought for is rejected.
