(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a direction to respondent no. 1 to give direction to the respondent no. 3 either institute the case or enquire the matter of own level against the respondent no. 5 on the basis of allegation as contained in Annexure-7 to the petition."

In view of the same, we find the present petition to have become infructuous. As such, the instant petition stands dismissed.
