2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act registered in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the injuries are simple in nature.

4. Considering however the specific nature of accusation against the petitioner of having fired on the chest of Bishwanath Rai causing him to become unconscious as well as the fact that the X-ray report and expert opinion on the injury were not produced, this Court is not inclined to
