The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 53C, 54 of the Bihar Excise Amended Act, 2016.

The petitioner was identified by the Choukidar when he was fleeing, leaving the country made liquor, when the police came. The offence was, allegedly, committed on 02.09.2016. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
