The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. While the daughter of the informant had gone for grazing she-buffalo along with her mother and in the course of grazing, she proceeded for defecation in the meantime petitioners assaulted his daughter and shoved her on the ground. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. As a matter of fact, some altercation took place between the wife of the informant and the petitioners over damaging the crops of the petitioners by her she-buffalo and due to aforesaid altercation the informant has lodged this false and frivolous case against the petitioners. Victim has not sustained any injury in the occurrence. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
