JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhri P.S.Case No. 324 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioners are mother and aunt of co-accused Sajjan Kumar Tanti @ Sanjan Kumar respectively and both are aged about sixty years. The co-accused Sajjan Kumar Tanti @ Sanjan Kumar is said to have abducted the daughter of the informant. It is further contended that co-accused Panchi Devi whose case is more or less identically situated to that of the petitioners has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49522 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 vide order dated 29.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27865 of 2015. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons assigned in the aforesaid dated 29.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27865 of 2015, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.324 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
