JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 This application has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for inserting the name of petitioner no.4, namely Chandan Bin.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that this application has been filed on behalf of four petitioners namely, (1) Lallan Bin (2) Manoj Bin (3) Jitendra Bin and (4) Chandan Bin but due to some typographical mistake, the name of petitioner no.4, namely, Chandan Bin has not been inserted in cause title of order dated 11.01.2017, whereby all the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.639 of 2017 (3) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 It is prayed that further time may be extended so that the petitioner no.4 namely Chandan Bin could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the name of petitioner no.4, namely Chandan Bin be inserted in the cause title of the order dated 11.01.2017 and the period of surrender of the petitioner no.4 in the court below is also extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order. Accordingly, the order dated 11.01.2017 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
