2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 328 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 504, 506, 302 of the IPC.

3. This is the second bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 11.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 82608 of 2023, dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner on merit. No fresh ground is made out for consideration of the bail of the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
