ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.156 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 363, 365, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Supaul.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have subsequent to the passing of the order dated 26.9.2016 indulged in the act leading to the registration of Chhatapur P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38674 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 No.246 of 2016 and also because there is sufficient material in the case diary where the independent witnesses have stated that two of the petitioners were found going with the child with their hand on his shoulder, let the interim order dated 26.9.2016 passed in favour of the petitioners be revoked. The prayer for anticipatory bail thus stands rejected.
