02. 28.10.2016 This is an application for modification of the order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 188 of 2016 regarding extension of time for surrender of the Petitioner in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 467 of 2015 pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. As prayed, six weeks' time is further allowed for surrender of the Petitioner with a condition that at the time of surrender, the petitioner would deposit Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) and make further payment as per the direction in the order dated 17.02.2016.

Accordingly, the order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 188 of 2016 would stand modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of.
