2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 376, 498A, 323, 420, 504, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.05.2023.

4. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
