Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of forged certificates, he became successful in procuring the licence of fair-price shop under Public Distribution System. His shop has already been cancelled.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent. As a matter of fact, he has a master's

But his rival, who was not granted licence, has fabricated a forged certificate in the name of the petitioner, only with intention to get his licence cancelled. He has annexed the certificate of his master's degree, which was submitted with the application form, as annexure 2. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial MagistrateII, Nawadah in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/-Nirmal U T
