The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of SC/ST Act.

The informant made very specific allegation that the petitioners caught her and, on such, Dinesh Sahani repeatedly assaulted him with knife and sword. The doctor found many injuries on the body of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the co-accused along with the petitioners caught the informant and thereafter Dinesh Sahani repeatedly assaulted him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Kadamkuan P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31127 of 2015 (3) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 Case No. 110/2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
