2. This is the second attempt for prayer of bail for the petitioner.

3. The following order was passed on 30.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56517 of 2023:- Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 (S.T. No. 754 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56850 of 2024(3) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 2022) registered under 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is involved in killing of the deceased. He has 12 antecedent of serious nature. Petitioner is in custody since 17/11/2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and antecedents of serious nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

4. In the trial, five witnesses out of seven witnesses have already been examined.

5. The trial is on the verge of completion, no ground for review of the earlier order is made out. This application is dismissed.
