Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 302 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing death of deceased and the case is dowry death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has committed suicide by hanging herself as she has love affair with a boy of her choice.
Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He should
