JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1030 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 34 of IPC.

Prosecution case is that petitioners, who happens to be the father-in-law, mother-in-law, Devar and Gotini of the informant that they assaulted and torture the informant with respect to demand of Rs.5,00,000/- as dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in the F.I.R. nothing specific has been attributed against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53550 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 any of the petitioners. It further appears from the impugned order that the learned Sessions Judge has also noticed the informant, but she has not appeared before this Court. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.)
