Pursuant to order dated 23.01.2015, the District Magistrate, Vaishali has passed a fresh order dated 13.04.2015 on the show cause filed by the petitioner. Copy of the same has been brought on record by way of Annexure-H in the 3rd supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to assail the order dated 13.04.2015 in an
Patna High Court CWJC No.7384 of 2011 (11) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 appropriate proceeding.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
