Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 832C of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif. The rest conditions stipulated in the order dated 10.08.2016 will remain the same.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53318 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 The order dated 10.08.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
