2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already moved for the same cause before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority'), in Appeal Case No. 22 of 2015, which is still pending.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Authority to dispose off Appeal Case No. 22 of 2015, expeditiously and latest within the statutory period, from the date of production of a copy of this order before it.
